Requirements

- Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives
- Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience
- Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and forecasting
- Experience improving operational processes at scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery
- Previous ownership of production systems or large operational environments
