Key responsibilities & impact

Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants
Manage the technical delivery of live remote events (via video conferencing tools) by providing technical guidance and instruction
Track time and deploy activities such as helping participants use interactive tools, set up break-out rooms, polls, and screen shares within the virtual delivery platform

What you’ll need

Perfectly fluent in Arabic
1-3 years of related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in Adobe Connect
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex are also highly desirable
Capability to support facilitators and help create successful learning experiences, including troubleshooting participant technology challenges
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships
Ability to confidently interact with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement
Ability to manage stress and perform quickly and calmly under pressure on any issue and proactively reach out to the proper channels for assistance
Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond in a friendly and professional manner through verbal and email communications
