About the role

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery
  • Define clear program goals, success metrics, milestones, deliverables, and risks
  • Drive alignment across distributed teams, including Engineering, QA, SRE, Product, Release Management, and Operations
  • Partner with engineering leaders to translate strategy into actionable program plans
  • Identify program risks and blockers; proactively drive mitigation and resolution
  • Serve as the communication hub for programs — creating clear, concise updates for executives and technical stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence across delivery practices, tooling, and workflows
  • Support post-mortems, retrospectives, and lessons learned to improve future execution

Requirements

  • Must live in Latin America
  • Strong spoken and written English level
  • Able to work US Eastern Time office hours
  • 8+ years of technical program or project management experience
  • Strong technical foundation - comfortable partnering with engineering
  • Proven track record in fast-paced SaaS or healthcare technology environment
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple programs
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Bias toward action, pragmatism in solving problems, and a growth mindset
  • Experience in healthcare technology, benefits, clinical systems, or revenue cycle automation - Nice to have
