Digital Marketing Intern – Strategy, Growth, Content Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and optimize Meta Ads performance loops (creative testing, hooks, iteration cycles)
- Analyze what drives conversion, CTR, retention, and CAC efficiency
- Help build feedback loops between organic content → paid performance
- Identify and execute SEO/GEO opportunities (programmatic pages, content clusters, search intent mapping)
- Structure content to maximize discoverability across search + social
- Translate insights into content briefs, frameworks, and scalable playbooks
- Work on UGC orchestration (briefing creators, structuring outputs, not necessarily filming yourself)
- Ensure content aligns with performance data and growth hypotheses
- Write sharp, insight-driven content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn
- Support LinkedIn growth systems, including automation tools and outbound workflows
- Break down what’s working across competitors, high-growth startups, and consumer brands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic familiarity with performance marketing (Meta Ads or similar)
- Understanding of SEO principles (intent, structure, ranking logic)
- Strong writing ability (clear, concise, insight-driven)
- Interest in growth systems, funnels, and experimentation
- Comfortable using tools (or learning fast): Analytics dashboards, Automation tools, AI tools for workflows
