About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and optimize Meta Ads performance loops (creative testing, hooks, iteration cycles)
  • Analyze what drives conversion, CTR, retention, and CAC efficiency
  • Help build feedback loops between organic content → paid performance
  • Identify and execute SEO/GEO opportunities (programmatic pages, content clusters, search intent mapping)
  • Structure content to maximize discoverability across search + social
  • Translate insights into content briefs, frameworks, and scalable playbooks
  • Work on UGC orchestration (briefing creators, structuring outputs, not necessarily filming yourself)
  • Ensure content aligns with performance data and growth hypotheses
  • Write sharp, insight-driven content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn
  • Support LinkedIn growth systems, including automation tools and outbound workflows
  • Break down what’s working across competitors, high-growth startups, and consumer brands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic familiarity with performance marketing (Meta Ads or similar)
  • Understanding of SEO principles (intent, structure, ranking logic)
  • Strong writing ability (clear, concise, insight-driven)
  • Interest in growth systems, funnels, and experimentation
