About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
  • Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the COO, CEO, and senior management based on financial analysis and projections
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and Board of Directors decks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of progressive experience in finance
  • Proven track record of supporting financial planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
