About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Provide strategic recommendations to the COO, CEO, and senior management based on financial analysis and projections
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and Board of Directors decks
- Optimize cash flow management, including debt and equity financing, and investment strategies
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
- Partner with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment of financial and business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance
- Proven track record of supporting financial planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
