About the role
- Design, implement, test and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines
- Develop high-quality datasets for training and evaluation
- Assist in the deployment of LLM-based applications, collect and analyze user feedback, and drive iterative improvements
- Evaluate LLM applications on metrics like correctness, latency, and hallucination
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, infrastructure, and security leads
- Help define and grow our engineering culture, processes and tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering development
- Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring an AI product or feature; experience designing, implementing and monitoring RAG pipelines
- Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
