About the role

  • Independent and professional management of residential and/or commercial properties
  • Autonomous tenant support, including tenant- and property-specific communication
  • Implementation of regular rent adjustments
  • Preparation of service charge (utility) statements
  • Collaboration with in-house construction department, procurement, and accounting
  • Recording and maintenance of contract data in our digital archiving system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as a Real Estate Agent (Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau) and/or further qualification as a Certified Real Estate Specialist (Fachwirt für Immobilien)
  • Several years of professional experience in property management, preferably including commercial property management
  • Basic technical knowledge is desirable
  • Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Office; experience with Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
  • Independent, responsible, and structured working style
