About the role
- Independent and professional management of residential and/or commercial properties
- Autonomous tenant support, including tenant- and property-specific communication
- Implementation of regular rent adjustments
- Preparation of service charge (utility) statements
- Collaboration with in-house construction department, procurement, and accounting
- Recording and maintenance of contract data in our digital archiving system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as a Real Estate Agent (Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau) and/or further qualification as a Certified Real Estate Specialist (Fachwirt für Immobilien)
- Several years of professional experience in property management, preferably including commercial property management
- Basic technical knowledge is desirable
- Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Office; experience with Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style
