About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
Ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments
Manage core AP activities and resolve routine issues
Maintain accurate vendor records and manage annual 1099 reporting
Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
Intermediate AP processes handling experience
Solid understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles
Exposure to internal controls, audit support, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and Excel
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
