About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate closely with business partners, developers, and key stakeholders to bring business objectives to life through impactful, user-centered marketing design solutions.
  • Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and concept development through final UI delivery, working closely with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation on marketing projects.
  • Continuously validate and refine design decisions through A/B testing, usability testing, data insights, and iterative feedback loops.
  • Design, optimize, and continuously refine the end-to-end website acquisition journey to convert more visitors into customers and fuel growth.
  • Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design and produce creative, visually engaging graphic elements and layouts for direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, content, and short-form videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and standards to promote consistency, scalability, and clear documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • 2-5 years proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or in-house environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and applications
  • Proven ability to own priorities, drive projects forward, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual quality and craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners.
