About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with business partners, developers, and key stakeholders to bring business objectives to life through impactful, user-centered marketing design solutions
Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and concept development through final UI delivery
Continuously validate and refine design decisions through A/B testing, usability testing, data insights, and iterative feedback loops
Design, optimize, and continuously refine the end-to-end website acquisition journey to convert more visitors into customers
Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
Design and produce creative, visually engaging graphic elements and layouts for direct mail and email campaigns
Create eye-catching graphics, content, and short-form videos for social media platforms
Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
5-7 years proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or in-house environment
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and applications
Proven ability to own priorities, drive projects forward, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual quality and craftsmanship
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners.
