Requirements

What you’ll need

Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor law
Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural labor law
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with legal software/systems
Availability to work in a hybrid (partially on-site) arrangement
