About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation streams
- Own governance, planning, risk & issue management, dependencies and schedule control
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, HR and more
- Act as the key bridge between business teams and SAP delivery teams
- Support definition and validation of business requirements and process design
- Ensure S/4 design and data model decisions align with business objectives and compliance
- Lead business readiness, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilisation with a value-driven mindset
- Oversee data migration planning: mapping, cleansing, transformation and validation
- Coordinate data governance, quality frameworks and cutover readiness with SI partners
- Engage senior business leaders on scope, priorities, risks and benefits
- Manage System Integrators, third-party vendors and internal leadership
- Deliver clear, consistent updates to programme boards and executive sponsors
Requirements
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes or major S/4 workstreams
- Strong experience with enterprise data models, master and transactional data, and cross-module processes
- Solid understanding of core S/4 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or similar)
- Able to guide solution design, data governance, integration and business process redesign
- Strong ability to interpret business objectives and shape programme direction
- Experience in Consumer Markets or large enterprise environments is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable influencing senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams
- Proven maturity navigating complex, high-pressure delivery environments
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
