About the role
- Owning and leading the end-to-end data strategy for the S/4HANA programme
- Defining and driving data governance, data quality frameworks and the migration roadmap
- Partnering with business process owners on critical data objects and domains
- Overseeing cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation activities across systems
- Managing relationships with System Integrators and data migration partners
- Tracking progress, mitigating risks and ensuring cutover readiness
- Acting as the data authority within the programme, influencing decisions and priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data workstreams in SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of Consumer Markets data, including: Master data, transactional data, data quality and governance principles
- Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and programme leadership
- Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
