Requirements

What you’ll need

At least eight years of software development experience, including successfully launching real-world products
Strong understanding of OOP
Minimum five years of PHP/Laravel experience
Strong understanding of Laravel Service Container, Eloquent ORM, Queues, Cache, and related concepts
Ability to write scalable, clean, maintainable, and well-documented high-load applications
Strong understanding of stateless concepts
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis
Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ and Kafka for inter-service communication and event streaming in microservices
Strong experience creating RESTful APIs
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
Strong experience building and maintaining production microservices and designing microservice infrastructure
Extensive experience using Git and GitHub
Hands-on experience using authorized Enterprise AI Tools for software development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, with ability to critically review, secure, and refine AI-generated outputs
Strong English communication skills
Experience building MCP servers is a plus
Eagerness to learn new programming languages, tools, and applications
Sharp, driven, and entrepreneurial
