About the role
- Do you enjoy leading teams, shaping technology strategy, and driving software-focused product innovation from concept to delivery? We are looking for a Group Lead Engineering to guide our engineering teams and ensure the successful development of our award-winning smart glasses. While your focus will be on driving excellence in software engineering, you will also collaborate across hardware and product disciplines to ensure smooth integration and high-quality results. We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of product development processes, relevant technologies, and modern tech stacks Proven experience leading engineering teams in a software-focused environment Strategic vision for technology and product development Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making Experience collaborating effectively with C-level management, product, marketing, and sales teams
