About the role
- Develop strategies and project roadmaps
- Manage and optimize internal processes
- Work closely with clients and the team to ensure optimal project execution
- Plan and assign tasks and manage capacity
- Create and monitor time and project schedules
- Take responsibility for project progress and communicate with management
- Support our delivery team by removing blockers and enabling them to focus on delivery
- Accompany our content teams on production days
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident in dealings with clients and internal teams
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Solution-oriented working style and quick to grasp new information
- Ability to stay calm and work in a structured way, even under pressure
