Human Resources

• Support the Head of Human Resources in a broad range of activities
• Responsible for all administrative requests, including creating contracts, amendments, certificates, reference letters, etc.
• Provide first level support to internal and external HR related inquiries
• Collaborate with Finance and external payroll provider to prepare, process and review monthly payroll
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits deductions, and leaves of absence
• Reconcile payroll reports and prepare audit documentation as needed
• Assist in implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures
• Responsible for on- and offboarding administrative duties
• Assist, prepare, and review Human Resources reports
• Maintain records of personnel-related data
