About the role

  • Responsible for managing and further strengthening the consolidated FP&A systems across VidaCura entities; in particular, enhancing KPI-based monthly controlling processes
  • Strengthen the monthly financial performance review process with the group's senior management; monitor follow-up actions in case of deviations
  • Responsible for regular and ad-hoc management reporting to internal and key external stakeholders (advisory board, financing partners, auditors)
  • Accountable for / key role in strategic finance projects; in particular the financial aspects of M&A transactions (financial due diligence (FDD), post-merger integration (PMI) for financial aspects), and financing
  • Organization of ESG controlling

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience (5+ years) in responsible FP&A and finance management roles within Big Four audit firms, transaction advisory, private equity, or investment & portfolio management
  • Experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for executing value-creating projects
  • Expertise in integrated financial planning, FP&A processes and due diligence toolkit
  • Proficiency with FP&A and management reporting IT tools, in particular Lucanet, MS Office, Power BI
  • Fluent in English and German
