About the role

  • You will take ownership of your own project streams and contribute your expertise in engaging multi-project environments.
  • You will develop, implement and optimize ISMS based on ISO 27001 or other relevant standards.
  • You will advise clients on the setup and operation of BCM systems according to ISO 22301 or BSI 200-4.
  • You will conduct risk and business impact analyses and support internal and external audits.
  • You will work closely with client teams and help shape information security and BCM in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in information security and/or business continuity management (BCM)
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or ISO 22301
  • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and strong coordination skills
  • Experience independently leading projects
  • Excellent German and English skills (C2)
  • Advantageous: knowledge of additional standards such as TISAX, DORA, IEC 62443, BSI IT-Grundschutz, etc.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Internal or Lead Auditor, CISM, CBCI or comparable qualifications
