Key responsibilities & impact

Diagnose — engage with the client, map processes, identify bottlenecks and overlooked opportunities
Design — build a clear value proposition: what will change, the expected timeline, and anticipated benefits
Implement — execute side-by-side with Korp's implementation team, ensuring the solution is delivered
Build relationships — engage as a peer with owners, directors, and managers, translating technology into business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of business processes: procurement, sales, production planning and control (PCP), finance, tax/compliance, logistics, inventory, and costing
Consultative experience: diagnose, design, implement, and measure results — not just execute tasks
Ability to meet with an industrial director and quickly understand the strategic business pain points
Up-to-date technology perspective — AI, automation, analytics — with practical, hands-on application
Autonomy to manage projects end-to-end without constant supervision
Consultative executor profile: diagnoses, delivers, and monitors results
