About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop modern, high-performance, and scalable web applications.
- Build interfaces for managing agents, flows, integrations, permissions, metrics, auditing, and platform operations.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations with AI components, data, and infrastructure.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logs, and security controls.
- Collaborate with Design and Product to turn journeys, prototypes, and requirements into well-finished features.
- Create reusable components following design system standards, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Integrate applications with observability services, usage analytics, logs, and operational metrics.
- Participate in frontend and backend architectural decisions, considering performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Work together with AI, Data, Machine Learning, and Platform Engineering to build end-to-end experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with modern frontend technologies, preferably React, Next.js, Vue, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, or service integrations.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, web security, and access control.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with testing, version control, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to work in a product-focused environment, understanding the problem, user, flow, and impact.
- Attention to code quality, usability, performance, and end-user experience.
- Nice to have: experience with B2B products, SaaS, internal platforms, developer tools, or complex enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with AI products, agents, copilots, chat interfaces, dashboards, or configuration tools.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, NestJS, React, Next.js, or equivalent stacks.
- Experience with RBAC, multi-tenancy, auditing, usage logs, and governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, microservices, and observability.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, integrations with AI APIs, or agentic workflows.
