About the role

  • Work alongside engineering and product management to build secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Serve as a technical and business reference, with deep understanding of processes, interrelationships, and dependencies between system components.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, highly reusable JavaScript/React code.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Actively participate in user testing and incorporate feedback to refine the design and customer journey.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Design System, ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for speed (minimizing load times and HTTP requests).
  • Implement and maintain automated frontend testing procedures to detect regressions and ensure robust deliveries.
  • Stay up to date with frontend trends, integrating new technologies to keep the product competitive.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in frontend development within complex environments.
  • Expertise in React: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and React, with a focus on component-based architecture.
  • Fullstack perspective: Good knowledge of Node.js to support integration needs.
  • Cloud computing: Experience with public cloud, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Code quality: Excellent coding skills and solid experience writing tests.
  • Componentization: Advanced experience creating and improving reusable components.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
  • Mindset: Passion for expanding technical knowledge and an ownership mindset toward technical domains.
  • Language: Intermediate English for communication with an international team
