About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act on extrajudicial and judicial recovery of credit operations secured by real estate;
- Analyze documentation related to properties used as collateral in credit transactions;
- Analyze and monitor Judicial Recovery, Extrajudicial Recovery and Bankruptcy proceedings;
- Evaluate private agreements and public deeds for the transfer/alienation of real estate;
- Review certificates relevant to mortgage-backed credit;
- Analyze property appraisal reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and experience in Corporate Law and Judicial Recovery of companies;
- Knowledge related to real estate (property registration, creation and cancellation of encumbrances/charges, various annotations, ITBI (property transfer tax), IPTU (property tax), etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong ability to research and analyze regulatory and official documents;
- Degree in Law or related field, completed or in progress.
- Preferred
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
