Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers
Diagnose and repair major household appliances including: Refrigerators, Washers & Dryers, Gas & Electric Ranges, Dishwashers, Microwave Ovens
Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems
Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations
Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment
Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology
Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training
Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance
Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
Appliance repair experience preferred
HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual skills are a plus
