About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases;
Drafting all pleadings and documents related to the portfolio;
Negotiating settlements;
Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and deadlines;
Performing other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
Postgraduate degree in Consumer Law and/or Civil Procedure (advantage);
Experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent requests;
Oral and written communication skills;
Reliability and consistent attendance;
Postgraduate degree in Consumer Law and/or Civil Procedure (advantage)
