About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Will be responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases;
Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio;
Negotiating and executing settlement agreements;
Maintaining and updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and court procedures;
Other routine activities related to the portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active OAB/SP license (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the practice area preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure/Civil litigation (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Regular attendance and reliability.
