About the role

  • Responsible for a judicial portfolio of real estate and civil matters.
  • Drafting all case documents and pleadings for the portfolio.
  • Negotiating and concluding settlements.
  • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems.
  • Procedural follow-up and case monitoring.
  • Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
  • Law degree (undergraduate); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law.
  • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory).
  • Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
