About the role

  • Preparation of material quantity calculations using budgeting spreadsheets and a management system.
  • Monitoring and updating price indicators.
  • Conducting research on new materials.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Building Technology (Técnico em Edificações), Technical Drawing for Civil Construction, and/or completed or in-progress higher education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technologist programs, etc.
  • Experience working in companies within the same or related segments, product display/point-of-sale (POS), architecture firms, engineering services, construction, among others.
  • Experience in cost estimating, calculations, material specification, quantity takeoffs, and quoting services/materials. Basic AutoCAD, intermediate Excel, 3D skills desirable.
  • Ability to read drawings and project plans.
  • Easy access to Pirapora do Bom Jesus, in the Santana de Parnaíba region; hybrid position.
