About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work end-to-end across the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering and specification, architecture, development, testing, deployment, acceptance testing (UAT) and ongoing support
Lead the architecture and development of systems using .NET and C#, ensuring technical quality, integrity, scalability, maintainability and security
Incorporate Generative AI tools and assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and other LLM-based assistants, into the software engineering process
Optimize development, code refactoring, documentation generation and test automation using Generative AI
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques in development and in resolving technical problems
Translate functional requirements and business needs into efficient, sustainable technical and architectural solutions
Design, develop and maintain integrations with internal systems, APIs, corporate services and external partners
Participate in defining standards, best practices and architectural decisions
Create, review and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, specifications and architecture diagrams
Work with business areas, technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
Solid experience in the .NET ecosystem, with strong proficiency in C#, MVC and Web API
Strong understanding and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Hands-on experience with Dapper and development using ORMs/micro-ORMs
Proficiency in SQL Server, including Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers and Views
Experience with frontend development using React, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap
Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
Version control experience using Git and Azure DevOps
Practical experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools applied to Software Engineering, including LLM-based programming assistants
Knowledge and experience in Prompt Engineering applied to software development
Ability to work autonomously in problem analysis, solution definition and technical decision-making
Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Azure solution and service architecture
Preferred: experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Preferred: experience with event-driven architectures and messaging, using RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies
Preferred: knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices and integration patterns
Preferred: experience with Generative AI solutions and/or LLM APIs
Preferred: Microsoft and/or Azure professional certifications
Required: residence in the São Paulo, SP metropolitan area
