About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Innovation management
Support the management of innovation programs.
Organize the backlog of ideas and initiatives.
Track program KPIs.
Support innovation committees and forums.
Conduct benchmarking and market research.
Support the development of business cases.
Assist in monitoring pilots, POCs and innovation projects.
Consolidate results, learnings and benefits delivered.
Develop executive presentations for managers, directors and vice presidents.
Turn complex information into clear visual narratives.
Support internal communication activities to share results.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Monitor schedules and action plans.
Organize program documentation.
Ensure indicators and knowledge bases are kept up to date.
Support program budget management when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced PowerPoint.
Structuring executive presentations.
Information organization and data analysis.
Power BI.
Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
Design tools (Canva, Figma or similar).
Experience with corporate innovation programs.
Experience in hubs, accelerators, startups or innovation teams.
Practical use of generative AI in day-to-day work.
