About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development, maintenance and support of customer-related applications;
Implementation and optimization of data loading and transformation processes;
Creation of queries to support reports and analytical dashboards to aid decision-making;
Analysis and resolution of performance issues in queries and database processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with the Oracle PL/SQL platform;
Experience in refactoring and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL routines;
Proficiency in creating and optimizing complex queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) and managing views, procedures, and triggers;
Experience developing and maintaining stored procedures, scalar functions, and table functions;
Advanced experience with ETL processes, including data integration and transformation;
Handling files in CSV, XLS, TXT and other common formats;
Data modeling and Data Warehouse (DW) experience;
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and DW architecture;
Experience in database tuning, indexes, partitioning, and query execution plans;
Experience and conceptual knowledge of the structure and operation of a Business Intelligence (BI) system.
