About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making related to people management and organizational structure;
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, employee engagement management, performance evaluation, continuous feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Support and challenge leaders on topics related to performance, organizational structure, culture, succession planning and team development;
  • Conduct organizational diagnosis, identifying risks, opportunities and impacts to the business;
  • Develop People Analytics analyses and metrics, turning data into actionable insights;
  • Operate with a consultative mindset and influence with client areas;
  • Participate in strategic business discussions, understanding financial and operational impacts;
  • Support the construction, restructuring and evolution of organizational structures;
  • Facilitate internal workshops and learning initiatives in partnership with Learning & Development;
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure integration across HR functions;
  • Support the management and monitoring of organizational OKRs;
  • Contribute to the evolution of leadership practices and manager development;
  • Focus on employee experience and business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience/knowledge in:
  • - Performance evaluation processes, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), structured feedback and employee engagement management;
  • - Ability to work with data and People Analytics: turn spreadsheets into metrics and perform critical analyses;
  • - Experience in organizational design and support for area restructuring processes;
  • - Knowledge of KPIs and the ability to build analyses for HR initiatives;
  • - Experience managing organizational OKRs;
  • - Generalist HR knowledge: labor legislation, Talent Acquisition & Selection, Training & Development and Compensation;
  • - Experience with performance management tools (preferred: Gupy or similar)
  • Differential:
  • - Advanced English
