About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making related to people management and organizational structure;
- Lead organizational development initiatives, employee engagement management, performance evaluation, continuous feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
- Support and challenge leaders on topics related to performance, organizational structure, culture, succession planning and team development;
- Conduct organizational diagnosis, identifying risks, opportunities and impacts to the business;
- Develop People Analytics analyses and metrics, turning data into actionable insights;
- Operate with a consultative mindset and influence with client areas;
- Participate in strategic business discussions, understanding financial and operational impacts;
- Support the construction, restructuring and evolution of organizational structures;
- Facilitate internal workshops and learning initiatives in partnership with Learning & Development;
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure integration across HR functions;
- Support the management and monitoring of organizational OKRs;
- Contribute to the evolution of leadership practices and manager development;
- Focus on employee experience and business impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience/knowledge in:
- - Performance evaluation processes, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), structured feedback and employee engagement management;
- - Ability to work with data and People Analytics: turn spreadsheets into metrics and perform critical analyses;
- - Experience in organizational design and support for area restructuring processes;
- - Knowledge of KPIs and the ability to build analyses for HR initiatives;
- - Experience managing organizational OKRs;
- - Generalist HR knowledge: labor legislation, Talent Acquisition & Selection, Training & Development and Compensation;
- - Experience with performance management tools (preferred: Gupy or similar)
- Differential:
