About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to support tickets for incidents and requests submitted by the bank's areas related to Core banking systems (Treasury, SGR, Collections, Current Accounts, Ebank, Fixed Income, Business Center, Infobanc, Accounts Payable, Loans, Accounting, AML (Eguardin), Taxes (EasyWay), BacenJud (Presenta)).
Create clear functional and technical specifications to ensure accurate interpretation by vendors.
Ensure that developed products comply with the specifications defined by the client and the company.
Provide technical assessments/reports on the application when required.
Lead and document change management processes, incident management, and problem management.
Develop and execute test plans.
Coordinate acceptance testing, monitor implementation and post-implementation activities.
Knowledge of ISQL databases.
Provide technical consultancy when necessary, identifying client needs, proposing process and functional changes, negotiating solution alternatives, and recommending adoption of new methods and techniques to align solutions with client requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data modeling (relational);
Experience with databases such as: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL;
Programming logic;
Common languages: Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript;
Azure, AWS, GCP;
Experience in financial institutions/banking projects;
Previous experience as a developer.
