About the role

  • Act as the primary liaison between our client and the development team.
  • Analyze client needs to determine feasibility and the cost-benefit of development.
  • Model, classify and prioritize client requirements, using facilitation skills to ensure client needs are clear and well organized.
  • Translate client requests into functional requirements that developers can implement in systems, applications or IT solutions.
  • Prioritize and plan the demand intake pipeline together with the business area, monitor the progress of activities with the functional team, report deviations and take actions to mitigate delays.
  • Ensure that configurations are aligned with client expectations and the project scope, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in system deployments, provide technical support, and deliver training to clients and business teams.
  • Collaborate on the creation of procedures, manuals and work instructions for system users.
  • Serve as a facilitator in working meetings between technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in IT business analysis or as a Key User with a focus on maintenance systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of the SAP PM module.
  • Knowledge of core maintenance processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience working in maintenance operations.
  • Postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Industrial Processes.
  • PCM course.
  • Certification in Business Analysis.
  • Additional certifications in agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
  • Knowledge of project management practices from the PMBOK.
  • Courses and certifications in BPM, Scrum, PMP and Agile.
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
  • Skills in data analysis and BI.
  • Advanced Spanish.
