Build and maintain Pega applications within Agile SAFe teams.
Collaborate with solution architects and Business Analysts to ensure architecture compliance, meet security requirements, and adhere to design and development standards.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support automated deployments, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Test, debug, and monitor application performance using Pega’s built-in tools, including performance monitors, database traces, and logs/alerts.
Ensure compliance with federal policies, privacy and 508 accessibility standards.
Engage with stakeholders and clients, leveraging excellent communication skills to present solutions and gather feedback.
Integrate databases, legacy software, and online services to streamline processes and deliver seamless solutions.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related degree.
Certified Senior System Architect CSSA certification required; Lead System Architect LSA preferred.
Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and PRPC implementation, including Direct Capture of Objectives DCO, enterprise Class Structure, Ruleset design and REST/SOAP integrations.
Hands-on development using Pega rules and features such as Flows, Activities, UI, Agents, SLAs, and Connectors.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
