About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, reports, and alerts to support Salesforce application monitoring
Develop visibility into user actions and key application performance events to improve operational insight
Set up, configure, and maintain synthetic monitoring for critical Salesforce transactions and business workflows
Partner with application development, infrastructure, and support teams to proactively identify and resolve performance issues
Support end-to-end observability initiatives across the Salesforce environment while enhancing monitoring capabilities
Improve monitoring standards, operational readiness, and issue detection by implementing best practices and optimizing existing monitoring solutions
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynatrace Developer or in a similar application performance monitoring role
Hands-on experience configuring and administering Dynatrace dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring solutions
Experience supporting Salesforce application monitoring and performance optimization within enterprise environments
Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), and end-to-end observability concepts
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and operational teams in an Agile environment
