About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities
Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities
Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments to strengthen positioning
Coordinate internal gate reviews and ensure capture artifacts are complete and actionable
Collaborate with solution, pricing, and proposal teams to shape compliant and compelling responses
Support teaming strategy, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement
Assist with pricing inputs, win themes, and value proposition development
Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting across the capture lifecycle
Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset
Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience
Supported full lifecycle capture activities for federal opportunities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
Experience participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes
Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability
Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools
