About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes
- Provide strategies and solutions to maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Perform backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration
- Provide strategies and solutions to support Load and Performance Testing and Management in production as well as lower-level environments
- Help in Tier 3 support of InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health systems and related technologies
- Installation and Configuration of InterSystems base software, kits, and patches
- Help support oAuth and SSO configuration and setup
- Provide strategies and solutions to support migration to OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting
- Of the 5 YOE, 2+ years of experience supporting large production systems
- Requires experience with InterSystems Cache, IRIS, or HealthShare
- Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployment of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible
- Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions using Enterprise Monitor, DynaTrace and Splunk
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience supporting GitHub/Jenkins Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to help DevOps Teams deliver software of higher quality at greater speed
- Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Linux (RHEL-8) Apache, Ansible Python Scripting
- Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe
- Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch, DynaTrace, Splunk
- Experienced with configuring large middleware applications
- Direct experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs or other large Federal Agencies
- Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect-Associate
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
