About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the design, management and integration of EIA solutions for industrial installations
Provide technical management of EIA projects within multidisciplinary programs
Define requirements, develop specifications and validate technical decisions
Ensure detailed planning, coordination of stakeholders and compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards
Perform or supervise design studies, technical documentation and risk analyses
Monitor schedules, costs, project progress and identify deviations
Participate in FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Tests), commissioning and handover phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in EIA engineering within process industries (chemical or pharmaceutical)
Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering, ATEX, control systems (DCS) and industrial instrumentation
Knowledge of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT) and industrial QHSE standards
Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
Very good level of French and proficiency in technical English
