About the role

  • 3-year apprenticeship: your apprenticeship lasts three years and includes lots of hands-on work, teamwork and personal development.
  • No room for boredom!
  • You will take part in real projects and learn the trade step by step — guaranteed variety.
  • Skilled professionals at your side: we support you when you need a hand.
  • Our experienced trainers teach you everything you need for your professional and school pathway.
  • Once a week it’s time for school: everyone needs a bit of theory.
  • A workbench rather than a desk: during the inter-company courses (10 × 4 days) you learn the basics of cables, masts, etc. together with other apprentices — an integral part of your training.
  • Safety first!
  • You will receive thorough onboarding, regular training and all necessary information on workplace safety so you are always safe in the field.
  • Equipment? Covered!
  • We provide modern workwear and all required personal protective equipment.

Requirements

  • You have completed your schooling and obtained your compulsory education diploma.
  • You have good mathematical skills.
  • (An aptitude test will be required during the recruitment process.)
  • You are a doer: when you take on a task, you get things moving — you enjoy assembling, connecting and making things work.
  • No tangled cables at home: you have an eye for detail and ensure everything is connected in a structured, safe and professional manner.
  • A true team player: colleagues can count on you, you roll up your sleeves and you don’t let your team down.
  • Motivated and punctual: you approach tasks with enthusiasm, follow them through and like taking responsibility.
  • You enjoy working outdoors: whether it rains, snows or the sun shines, you feel just as comfortable outside as inside.
Benefits
  • 6 weeks of vacation (yes, that’s right: 30 days to relax!)
  • 41-hour workweek and 13th-month salary — your commitment is rewarded.
  • Special bonuses for good school results.
  • Half-fare travel pass included to allow flexible commuting.
  • Company mobile phone and laptop provided.
  • Informal, friendly culture with first-name address.
  • Enjoy excellent discounts and benefits for sports, events and leisure activities.
