About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Handle employee entries and exits as well as monthly change records
- Manage processes with social insurance providers (AHV, UTG, KTG, PK, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor accident and sickness absences in insurance tools
- Process and verify family allowances
- Prepare withholding tax statements and reconcile related invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and year-end payroll processing
- Produce reports and statistics
- Provide support for issues with automated time-tracking
- Provide personal advice to HR contacts and respond to salary and social insurance inquiries
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further training in payroll/social insurance
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Swiss social insurance and employment law
- Proficient in SAP HCM
- Experience with time-tracking systems
- Excellent German language skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
