About the role
- Set up and lead the Process Engineering department
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the team
- Plan, optimize and further develop process engineering and internal processes
- Technical design and implementation of equipment and plants — from concept phase to commissioning
- Project management including budget and schedule responsibility
- Provide technical customer consulting and support during the acquisition process
- Act as the interface to internal departments and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment, plus several years of project management experience
- Confident handling of technical regulations and good knowledge of GMP environments
- Leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
- Consulting skills and professional communication in customer-facing situations
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and business-fluent English
