About the role
- Organize and conduct project surveys / detailed surveys with the client
- Coordinate activities required to prepare the project for public tender
- Update client and internal databases
- Organize RNI surveys and take zero-point measurements
- Review plans for public tender submissions
- Obtain site plans (buildings, cadastral maps)
- Prepare project budgets considering economic, structural, and physical factors
- Monitor project progress and manage invoicing
- Liaise with clients, property owners, subcontractors, and authorities
- Prepare project execution documentation
- Implement management system requirements
Requirements
- Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in a technical field and/or a degree in civil engineering
- Additional training in telecommunications is an asset
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, in project management
- Experience in supervising personnel
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Category B driving license (required)
