About the role
- Operate, maintain and evolve the Zabbix platform, ensuring monitoring availability and reliability.
- Configure and tune templates, items, triggers, dashboards and alerts.
- Collaborate with systems teams and the NOC to implement API integrations between Zabbix and other platforms.
- Support the integration of Zabbix with systems such as ticketing tools, Grafana and NetBox.
- Support incident and event analysis, contributing to alert correlation and reduction of false positives.
- Develop basic automation scripts for event correlation and operational support.
- Document integrations, configuration changes and best practices related to monitoring and automation.
Requirements
- Experience in network and systems monitoring.
- Proficiency with Zabbix (operation and configuration).
- Experience with basic API integrations.
- Knowledge of OSS systems and tools that support NOC operations.
- Familiarity with automation scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Python or similar).
- Nice to have: Experience integrating Zabbix with ticketing systems, Grafana and NetBox; experience in NOC or Telecom operations; knowledge of event correlation and proactive monitoring best practices.
