About the role

  • Own Pipeline & Conversion (Your #1 Priority): Improve MQL→SAL conversion and drive pipeline growth.
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Build lead-nurturing programs across multiple touchpoints and continuously optimize.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify conversion gaps and opportunities.
  • Report on pipeline metrics, forecasts, and conversion trends to leadership.
  • Build Account-Based Marketing Programs: Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Execute Marketing Automation & Technical Campaigns: Build campaigns in HubSpot and ensure proper tracking.
  • Direct Paid Media Strategy: Provide strategic direction to the paid media agency and review campaign performance.
  • Partner with Sales for Revenue Impact; refine MQL and SAL definitions based on what converts.
  • Measure, Optimize, Win: Maintain performance dashboards for demand generation activities and present monthly reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technical infrastructure.
  • Proven track record improving MQL→SQL or MQL→SAL conversion rates.
  • Built and scaled ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise; you build campaigns yourself.
  • Worked with paid media platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting.
  • Analytics-driven; live in dashboards, understand funnel mechanics, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Marketing automation mastery: HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Funnel analytics and conversion optimization.
  • Lead scoring and segmentation strategies.
  • Sales alignment and stakeholder management.
  • AI tools for efficiency and personalization.
  • Data over intuition mindset; test hypotheses.
  • Bias toward action; you’d rather ship, learn, and iterate.
  • Ownership mentality; you don’t make excuses.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Understand B2B enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong points of view on what works and what doesn't.
