About the role

  • Analysis and governance of inbound process entries in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Supervision and integration of fiscal/tax systems
  • Collaboration with consulting teams to implement SAP solutions
  • Development of comparisons of inbound processes with other tools

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge of fiscal/tax systems — at least three (OneSource / TaxOne required)
  • Proficiency in DRC, its composing modules, and general consulting integrations
  • Expertise in SAP Inbound processes
  • Strong knowledge of TAXBRJ and TAXBRA
  • Strong knowledge of all MM processes (Contracts, Shipping Program, Fiscal Goods Receipt, Inventory Movements, Inbound Scenarios, Subcontracting, Floating Stock)
  • Strong ability to understand, map, and work with process viewpoints
  • Knowledge of TM and understanding of CTe and freight
  • Awareness of integration of these processes with SD and CO
  • Familiarity with BPractices 4XB (Primary Distribution) and 4X8 (Secondary); 4XA – Asset Decommissioning
  • Familiarity with COMEX systems
  • Knowledge of BRF+, especially for automatic VAT (IVA)
  • Knowledge of TSW MRP for Oil with Bulk Distribution Requirements Planning (BDRP)
