About the role
- Define and scale a novel carbon removal product
- Lead the design and execution of ERW deployment operation across Brazil
- Build partnerships with input suppliers, logistics providers, and agricultural service firms
- Collaborate with Science, Carbon, and Technology teams to ensure integration of R&D and field trials

Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership in operations, supply chain, or agribusiness
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and building scalable systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English
