About the role

  • Payment & invoice management
  • Invoicing & invoice closing
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • Tracking of non-payers, including maintaining a clear overview
  • Weekly preparation of relevant KPIs
  • Monthly overview of payments, outstanding items & variances
  • Daily check of new contracts (billing, installments, payment terms)
  • Preparation of accounting records for the tax advisor
  • Support with cancellations & contract terminations
  • Documentation of processes (SOPs)
