About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support communication and the delivery of feedback throughout the stages of recruitment and selection processes;
- Organize and manage schedules among stakeholders involved in selection processes;
- Coordinate schedules and invitations for company rituals and recurring events, and support the production of materials for these occasions;
- Distribute company-wide communications using the organization's internal tools;
- Update content on the intranet;
- Provide support for general People & Culture team requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, etc.), Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint;
- Interest in or previous experience with Human Resources, Internal Communications, or Employee Experience;
- Familiarity with corporate communication tools and intranet platforms.
