About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and manage a portfolio of structured transactions;
Oversee CRI and/or corporate and retail debentures, performing portfolio analyses, reviewing financial covenants, assessing performance metrics, and evaluating collateral/security for transactions;
Monitor the performance of receivables portfolios by analyzing delinquency indicators, allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD), renegotiations, and other points of attention;
Prepare, validate, and improve operational controls, financial models, and monitoring reports for transactions;
Read, interpret, and analyze transaction documents to ensure compliance with obligations and support decision-making;
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including clients, investors, and other stakeholders involved in the transactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience in capital markets, securitization, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A);
Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools;
Knowledge of the structure and analysis of legal instruments related to securitization transactions;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to data analysis.
